Return And Refund Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return requests initiated after this period will not be accepted.
2. RETURN CONDITION
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, including:
- Original packaging intact and undamaged
- All authentication certificates and documentation included
- Protective sleeves and storage materials undamaged
- No signs of use or human damage
- Stamp items must not be removed from protective sleeves or touched on the stamp surface
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products purchased using coupons or promotional codes
- Customized items or personalized services
- Opened collectible albums, catalogs, or literature
4. RETURN PROCESS
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning items, email info@ochisen.com to explain the reason for return and obtain the current return warehouse address
- Package the Item: Place the item, all accessories, original packaging, and purchase receipt in a shipping box
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the provided warehouse address
- Important: All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items
- Provide Tracking: Reply to your email with the shipping tracking number for monitoring purposes
5. REFUND PROCESSING
- We will inspect returned items and process refunds within 1 business day of receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Additional 3-5 business days may be required for banks to process the refund, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible items may be exchanged following the same return conditions.
- All exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent alternative or full refund.
7. SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITY
- All shipping costs, insurance fees, customs duties, and related expenses for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage to protect against lost items during transit
- If a return package cannot be delivered due to unpaid shipping fees or transit issues, we will be unable to process your refund
