Respect for intellectual property

Ochisen respects copyright, trademarks, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights. We aim to use and distribute content and products lawfully and will review substantiated concerns about material offered through our website.

Website content and third-party rights

Website content may be owned by Ochisen, its licensors or the relevant rights holders. Rights in third-party names, logos, images and materials remain with their respective owners. A reference to a third-party product or mark does not by itself indicate sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

You may view the website and retain reasonable copies of order information and policies for personal use. Except as permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or modify protected content. Nothing in this policy limits fair use or other statutory exceptions.

Reporting a concern

Send a report to Serve@ochisen.com, with the subject “Intellectual Property Concern,” including:

• Your name, contact details and authority to act for the rights holder, if applicable.
• Identification of the protected work, mark, patent, design or other right, including registration details where relevant.
• The specific product or page URL and identification of the disputed material.
• An explanation of the alleged infringement and supporting information.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
• Confirmation that the information supplied is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may request clarification, restrict access to disputed material while reviewing the report, contact the relevant supplier or uploader, or take other appropriate action. We do not promise a particular legal outcome solely because a report has been submitted. If material is removed in error, contact us with supporting evidence so we can reconsider.

This contact procedure does not represent that we have registered a designated DMCA agent or that every statutory safe harbor applies. Where a statutory notice or counter-notice process applies, its legal requirements control. Nothing here restricts lawful complaints or remedies available to rights holders or affected users.
